Club Fortuna exists since 2014 and was founded by Kurdwin Ayub, Xenia Lesniewski, Nana Mandl, Julia Rublow and Sarah Sternat.
Club Fortuna is a group of artists. The broad range of activity includes a variety of experiments across art, society, and existential motivated life-help. Their mission and projects grow from the constructive analysis of current developments, social mechanics, and the unapologetic completion of the sometimes depressive everyday life of young artists. The group crosses biographical frontiers, and transfers within and outside of the artistic paradigm. Their performances and collective artwork meticulously question the current role of an artist, as well as their connected cross-social responsibility. The cigarette brand, the old people's home or the travel agency is independent of the change of its members.
